Registered Nurse / RN (BSN) Eden Prairie, MN / $54/hr. and full benefit package Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Recovery Center Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse / RN in providing quality care to patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to work full time at this brand new facility. You will need to have a clear Minnesota RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferably more) in psychiatric or substance abuse nursing. You must also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts. You must be familiar with the principles and practices of dual diagnosis treatment and recovery, including evidence-based interventions, medication management, crisis intervention, relapse prevention, and discharge planning. You must also be committed to promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion among staff and patients. This is new facility that is opening soon so there are the following shifts open: Monday through Friday: all shifts are open : Day shift 7am-3pm, evening 3-11pm and overnight 11pm-7a Weekend shift on Saturday and Sunday are 12 hour shifts
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Active, unrestricted MN licensure as Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year of experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse nursing
