A Registered Nurse with recent experience and a minimum of at least one year of experience in Case management and 2 years in Public Health, an Outpatient Clinic, Urgent Care, ER or Occupational Health Care setting will qualify for this position.

1. Provides clinical assessment for employees with work related injury/illness including plant engineering employees. Facilitate appropriate medical care.
2. Assists employees with FMLA and Workers Compensation paper work. Works with employees on claim issues with Work Comp Insurer.
3. Initiates creation of Workers Compensation Claims in clinic electronic medical record and facilitates entry to be sent to Work Comp Insurer.
4. Communicates with Workers Compensation Insurer on claims and provides provider medical documentation.
5. Provides disability management for open work comp claims which may include:
   1. Coordination of medical care and return to work
   2. Assists with care coordination
   3. Case management
   4. Communicating with Work Comp Insurer about case management plan and needs adaptations
   5. Monitor injured/ill employees with restrictions towards full return to work
   6. Facilitates the reasonable accommodation process for employees with work restrictions
6. RN will be back-up to the Urgent Care triage nurses
7. RN will prepare international business travelers through clinical assessment and vaccine administration to minimize the risk for both routine and complex international trip itineraries.
8. RN will provide coaching, education and recommendations to international business travelers for preventing travel related illnesses and ensuring general safety.

• Clear active RN license in the State of Minnesota
• 2 years RN experience
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements such as OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and Workers Compensation
• BSN degree
• Current clinical skills with CPR certificate
• 1 year of disability case management
• COHN-S, CCM or COHN-S/CM
