Job Description Advanced Practice Solutions is a healthcare employment agency that provides healthcare professionals with exceptional opportunities across the U.S. We are urgently seeking a Registered Nurse /RN to work at a Detox facility in St Paul Minnesota. This is a temporary position on the evening shift from 3pm to 11pm. you are scheduled for every other weekend (both Sat and Sun evening shift) but you have days off during the week then so that you are at 40 hours a week. It is block scheduling so there is some predictability to your schedule.
RN will perform a comprehensive assessment of patient needs; identification of outcomes based on the needs assessment; establishing the plan of care, monitoring the progress; and modification of the plan of care as needed.
De-escalation skills
Communicates effectively with patient/family, physicians, the interdependent team, and other disciplines regarding the plan of care
Identifies and documents learning needs of the patient and provides primary care
Job Requirements
Addiction medicine and withdrawal managementexperience
At least one year of recent experience is requiredin ER, Urgent Care, Crisis center or primary clinic
