Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP Eden Prairie MN Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Recovery Center Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP to work a job share in a new facility opening in Eden Prairie soon. Providing quality care to patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in a 4-6 week residential program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. To be successful in this role, you must have a clear MN license and a minimum of two years of experience (preferably more) in psychiatric or substance abuse care. You must also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts. You must be familiar with the principles and practices of dual diagnosis treatment and recovery, including evidence-based interventions, medication management, crisis intervention, relapse prevention, and discharge planning. You must also be committed to promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion among staff and patients. Requirements:
Psychiatric certification
Active, unrestricted MN licensure
Minimum 2 years of experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse as a PMHNP
